Apartment in the Historic Center of Rome

In the heart of Rome’s historic center, this apartment has been completely reimagined to create fluid, functional spaces with a contemporary style. In collaboration with Architect Andrea Lupacchini, we contributed to the development of a project that combines design and comfort in a refined balance.

Bespoke Furnishings in the Heart of Rome’s Historic Center

Open Space and Natural Light: The Heart of the Home

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan area that brings together the living room, kitchen, and dining space. The geometry is minimal yet impactful: light volumes, movable partitions, and carefully selected furnishings contribute to a welcoming, dynamic atmosphere—where every element is designed to interact with the light and enhance the perception of space.

Bespoke Living Area: Aesthetics, Comfort, and Functionality

The living area is centered around a large relaxation space, defined by neutral tones and contrasting materials. The fitted walls and custom-made compositions combine aesthetics and functionality, providing storage solutions without ever weighing down the overall look.

Concealed kitchen and integrated design within the living area.

The kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living area, stands out for its clean lines and compact organization. Movable panels allow it to be completely concealed, maintaining a tidy and harmonious appearance in keeping with the overall mood of the apartment.

Modern and elegant bathrooms: dark surfaces and bright accents.

In the bathrooms, stone-effect cladding and dark surfaces define spaces with a strong identity. Clean lines, integrated lighting, and glossy metallic details add elegance and a contemporary feel, enhancing each room with understated style and design coherence.
